The 500 Club

Our Parents’ Association 500 Club is a lottery style draw. Half the proceeds go towards fundraising for the School, while the other half gives members a chance to win cash prizes!

The club is open to all parents, guardians and associates of the School. Such an easy way to show your support.

With tickets at only £5 each, join today and play your part in supporting the BMS Parents’ Association. With monthly and termly cash prizes, your £5 entry has a great chance of being a winner. The more members, the bigger the prizes and more funds raised for our school projects.

Termly draws are held in September, January and May.

THE 500 CLUB – BMS PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION’S LOTTERY FUNDRAISER

We’d like to invite you to join the BMS Parents’ Association 500 Club – an initiative that has been running successfully for almost 15 years. This is one of our biggest fundraising efforts, and is an easy way for you to support us, without having to give up your time!

What is the 500 Club?

Simply put, the 500 Club is more than a lottery draw; it’s a fundraising effort. Half the subscription funds go directly to the Parents’ Association. Half of the subscription funds go directly to the Parents’ Association to be used on our school community projects. The remaining half is allocated to 1st and 2nd cash prizes, totalling 30 rewards each year. The odds of winning a cash prize are very favourable! If there are 500 subscriptions for a whole year, we would raise £15,000 for our PA to spend on our school. Prizes would range from £225 to £1,600! The more subscriptions the greater the prize money. There is a maximum of 500 subscriptions at any one time.

What does it cost?

A subscription is £5 per month. There are no limits on the number of subscriptions that an individual or couple can hold, or on the number of prizes they can win. The more subscriptions, the more numbers held, the more chances you have of winning!

When are the draws held?

Draws are held three times per year at BMSPA Committee Meetings.

SEPTEMBER: draw for May, June, July, August & Summer Term

JANUARY: draw for September, October, November, December & Autumn Term

MAY: draw for January, February, March, April & Spring Term

You are eligible for monthly draws from the first month in which your membership payments commence and the termly draws from the first full term you have made payments for.

How can I join?

Just complete this simple online form and we’ll send you the details to set up payment – it’s all very easy. This is a great way to support the BMSPA and have a go at winning prizes.

How do I know if I’ve won?

Winners will be contacted directly via email, and payments follow shortly afterwards.
