Introduction

Combining a 250-year-old tradition with a modern outlook, Bedford Modern School is an unpretentious, tolerant community where all students are encouraged and nurtured to flourish as individuals.

We are the only selective co-educational day school in Bedfordshire and we welcome students aged 7-18. We usually admit students into Years 3, 5, 7, 9 and 12 and entry into years 4, 6 and 8 is dependent on availability.
