Bedford Modern School (BMS) is a thriving HMC independent co-educational day school for students aged 7-18. Our community is a friendly, happy and supportive one and all of the 350 staff members, spanning both teaching and non-teaching roles, help to make BMS a very special place to work.

We are seeking an enthusiastic School Lettings Officer to support the smooth operation of our school facilities during evenings and weekends. This is a part-time position. offering an average of 16.5 working hours per week, worked on a rotating shift pattern. Shifts will typically fall within the following times: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm – 10pm and Sunday, 8am to 6pm.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas, including the sports hall, swimming pool, and associated equipment, are prepared, maintained, and ready for use. You will also provide excellent customer service to external clients hiring the facilities and ensure the facilities remain clean, safe, and fully operational.
