£23,000 to £24,000 (depending on experience)
Bedford Modern School (BMS) is an outstanding HMC independent co-educational day school for students aged 7-18. Our community is a friendly, happy and supportive one and all of the 350 staff members, spanning both teaching and non-teaching roles, help to make BMS a very special place to work.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and customer service experience to join our busy admissions team. In this role you will provide administrative and project support to both the Admissions Managers and the Director of External Relations and will be involved in all aspects of the student application process from dealing with customer enquiries to recording and analysing data on various platforms. You will also help to organise our annual Open Day and other departmental events and play a key role in promoting Bedford Modern School to prospective families.
Applications are welcome from someone in the early stages of their career or individuals with relevant work experience. Ultimately, we are seeking someone with the ability to develop excellent stakeholder relationships, who has an eye for detail and the capability and drive to progress our digital transformation.

This post is 37.5 hours per week, all year round. Working hours are 8.30am – 5pm (with an hour unpaid lunchbreak) Monday to Friday. Occasional evenings/weekends and varied hours will be expected to attend or manage events.
