Bedford Modern School (BMS) is a thriving HMC independent co-educational day school for students aged 7-18. Our community is a friendly, happy and supportive one and all of the 350 staff members, spanning both teaching and non-teaching roles, help to make BMS a very special place to work.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Speech and Drama to join our dynamic Performance Arts Faculty in September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about drama and performance, while also contributing to a diverse range of co-curricular drama activities, including festivals, showcases, and school productions.

You will be joining a supportive and creative environment, working closely with experienced colleagues in a rewarding environment. This is a fixed-term position during term time where the successful candidate would work 3-4 days a week (subject to timetabling), offering the chance to contribute meaningfully to both the academic and co-curricular life of the school.
