An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and self-motivated PA/Administrator to provide the full range of administrative and secretarial support to the Headteacher in leading this thriving school.
Likely to have at least five years’ experience of working in an Executive/PA role, ideally in an educational environment, you will have excellent IT, communication and organisational skills. You will be able to develop successful and effective relationships with all members of the school community and handle situations – some of which can be sensitive in nature – professionally, diplomatically and empathetically. As well as an aptitude for prioritising workloads to meet conflicting needs, remaining calm when under pressure is also crucial. Proactively managing and coordinating diary commitments and ensuring the efficient running of the Headteacher’s office will be integral to this interesting, demanding and rewarding role.
In return, we can offer a competitive salary, a friendly working environment, private healthcare scheme, a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme, free lunches (in term time) and ongoing training and development opportunities.
