Circa £24k.

Following an internal promotion, we need to appoint an enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills to be the first point of contact for our alumni (OBMs). The successful candidate will help organise the varied programme of OBM Club events, assist with written and visual content for both website and social media and will also take responsibility for the administration of the whole department’s financial transactions. A key part of the role is to maintain and further develop our recently acquired community portal database.

Applications are welcome from either a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career or individuals with relevant work experience. Ultimately we are seeking someone with the ability to develop excellent stakeholder relationships, who has an eye for detail and first-class administrative skills.

In return, we can offer a competitive salary, a friendly working environment, private healthcare scheme, a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme, free lunches (in term time) and ongoing training and development opportunities.
