Go beyond the classroom
At BMS, excelling academically is driven by curiosity. Our Super Curriculum gives students in Years 7, 8 and 9 the opportunity to explore subjects in greater depth, developing new interests and a deeper understanding of the topics that inspire them.
Curiosity in action
Students choose to take part, pursuing challenges and enrichment activities across a wide range of eight subject areas. Along the way, they develop the intellectual independence, curiosity and critical thinking that underpin long-term academic success.
Beyond the classroom
The programme is enhanced by trips, visits and expert-led experiences that bring subjects to life and encourage students to engage with ideas in new and exciting ways.
As part of our wider academic enrichment pathway, the Super Curriculum provides an excellent foundation for the Higher Project Qualification (HPQ) in Years 10 and 11 and the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) in the Sixth Form.
