Register

To register your child, please complete the form below. As part of the registration, we will ask you to upload a copy of your child’s full birth certificate (the version which names parents) and a passport-style photo of your child.

Please be aware that you are unable to save progress to return at a later date, so you should complete the form when you have all the relevant information to hand. We recommend that you complete the form using the Google Chrome or Edge browser. Please also note that we are unable to accept payment by American Express for the registration fee.
