Learning without limits

Some of the most memorable learning happens beyond the classroom.

Exploring new possibilities

From curriculum visits and cultural tours to sports camps, expeditions and overseas experiences, BMS students are encouraged to explore new places, perspectives and possibilities.

These experiences deepen learning, broaden horizons and build confidence, independence and resilience.

Just as importantly, they create shared memories and experiences that strengthen friendships and foster the sense of belonging that sits at the heart of life at BMS.

See more. Become more.

Whether debating politics in Westminster, developing language skills abroad, performing on an international stage or exploring the outdoors on residential experiences, students gain a deeper understanding of both the world around them and their place within it. A highlight for many is the Year 7 Aberdovey residential, which has been a cherished part of the BMS experience for more than 20 years. Through outdoor adventure, teamwork and challenge in the stunning surroundings of North Wales, students step beyond their comfort zones, build confidence and form friendships that often last throughout their time at School.

For older students, opportunities extend across the globe. Our bi-annual sports tour to South Africa combines high-level competition with cultural exchange and unforgettable experiences, broadening perspectives both on and off the field while creating memories that last a lifetime.

They help students see more of the world and more of what they can achieve.
