International Rugby Board SOS Kit Appeal
We shall be collecting unwanted, clean rugby clothing for the IRB SOS Kit Appeal this term. Therefore, should you have any such items, could you please send them in with your children to be collected during their games afternoons. Further information relating to this good cause, can be found at www.sosirbkitaid.org/. We will also be collecting in any clean BMS PE polo shirts as well. Your donations would be very welcome.

BMS Sports Website
The BMS Sports Website at www.bmssport.co.uk contains all information relating to fixtures and sporting activities. You can access the sport calendar via this by clicking on the relevant sport, then choose "Sports Calendar" on the right. Please note that you will need to enter the login (bms) and password (sport) in lower case and when you double click on the specific appointment, all information relating to that fixture will appear.

Please note it is school policy that your child is expected to participate in sports teams if selected to play. Therefore please make every attempt to ensure their availability. Should you foresee a fixture that your child is unable to commit to, please inform their respective coach in writing, as early as possible. If it is a last minute issue please phone the respective contacts below. We will be enforcing this more rigidly as we have had a couple of recent cases where the parents thought the students were at a fixture, yet the students in question had verbally made themselves unavailable due to "family commitments", which turned out to be false. As a result, the students were unaccounted for for over 8 hours. Whilst I believe these are isolated cases we must ensure a procedure protects from these instances happening again.

Should your son or daughter find themselves unavailable on the day of a weekday match please contact Lisa Chapple, our Sports Administrator on 01234 332655. On the day of a Saturday fixture please contact one of the respective numbers below and this information will be passed onto the relevant member of staff:
