Junior School.

The Junior School is a friendly, happy environment where children enjoy excellent teaching in first class surroundings. There are over 220 boys and girls in this busy and thriving school but we consider them all as individuals with none more important than the other. Our caring and supportive ethos ensures that children will quickly flourish as we help them explore their talents to the full and look to develop their potential.

A visit to the school will confirm that this is very much the land of opportunity. We provide a motivating yet purposeful environment where children are challenged intellectually, creatively and physically whilst developing a willingness to learn and a desire for success. New pupils quickly settle in and experience a feeling of belonging, making them proud of their school. They have many chances to shine and are given a broad and balanced curriculum from the start.

Our spacious modern buildings include light and airy classrooms alongside specialist rooms for Art, Design Technology, Science and ICT. A splendid library with a great range of books is a much used resource and our most recent extension includes the striking Christopher Fry Hall as well as additional classrooms and offices. Our youngest pupils benefit from a specially designated Year 3 suite of classrooms and their own playground to help them settle in swiftly and feel at home.
