Half-term begins this Friday, 10 February, and everyone is relieved that the examination period has finally ended. Although I will be working on my History Coursework this half-term, as I'm sure the English students will do as well.
Preparations for the Grease production have been kicked into high gear guaranteeting an entertaining and spectacular display. The Grease production has now sold out, so it is sure to be an exciting event at the School. Grease will be performed on Monday 5, Tuesday 6 and from Thursday 8 to Saturday 10 March 2012.
Recently, we had a Rock Night at the School, which was really entertaining. One of the main highlights was Year 13 student, William Tindall's imitation of Sixth Form Director, Mr John White. Notable performers include Near Moments, and the B Team.
The Sixth Form held their Film Night on Wednesday 8 February and all proceeds go towards our Leaver's Ball at the end of the year. The film was 'The Inbetweeners' and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable evening.
