The first of our Year 11 Parents' Evenings take place this week with pupils having received their trial examination results prior to their GCSE exams in the summer.
46 BMS Sixth Form students will be taking part in a Business Studies trip to Paris later this week. The four day trip includes specialist sessions on Business in Europe followed by a Conference entitled "Your Future in Europe".
Evita rehearsals for Years 10 to 13 continue, in addition to a rehearsal for the School's Wizard of Oz production, involving pupils from Years 7 to 10.
I shall be holding my Headmaster's Surgery between 9.00am and 11.00am this Saturday; no appointment is necessary and, if there is anything you would like to discuss; I will be available during that time.
A considerable number of Junior School pupils are involved in a performance of Noye's Fludde which takes place at St. Andrew's Church on Saturday evening.
Good luck to everyone participating in BMS sporting fixtures this weekend, including the BMS Rowing squads who will be competing in the Hampton Head.
Finally, congratulation to Year 12 student, William Simpson, who is the winner of this year's Robert Luff Medical Scholarship, and also Year 13 students, Mogue Lawless, James Coney and Alex Friend who won the Cranfield University Business Challenge Inter County Final.
