With the penultimate week of term upon us, there is still much activity taking place before the School breaks up for Easter. Rehearsals are now underway for next term's production of The Wizard of Oz. Be sure to book your tickets soon as I know some nights have already sold out.

I am hoping the weather will remain fine for Thursday, when our whole School photo is set to take place on the playing fields. Thursday also sees an Oxbridge evening for potential candidates.
Year 12 students depart to the North Norfolk coast on Friday as part of their studies, whilst a Classics theatre trip is planned for that evening.
Sporting fixtures come thick and fast, including our U13, U16 and U18 teams competing in the National Schools' 7s Tournaments; the House Netball competition for Years 7 and 8 and the U10 District Netball Tournament, in addition to the Girls' Water Polo ESSA Championships and the Head of River Race in London.
Congratulations to Year 8 pupil, Daniel Barton, who won Gold at the ski races in Les Houches, France, and also to Year 11 pupil, Joel Court, who has been offered an internship at the House of Commons during the summer holidays.
Finally, do please come and support our Auction of Promises on Saturday evening. This is in aid of our Girls' Hockey and Netball Tours to South Africa taking place in 2012, with a contribution going to Path Out of Poverty Programme in South Africa. I have even donated my School car parking space for a week!
