Welcome back to the second half of the Summer Term and a very special welcome to children from Castle Lower School and Bromham Lower School who are visiting BMS over the next few days as part of our Technology week for local lower school pupils.
This week also sees our Year 7 and 8 pupils involved in their Activity Week with Year 7 taking part in local outdoor activities and Year 8 outward bound on their annual trip to Aberdovey.
Examinations take place throughout the week for pupils in Years 9 and 10. On Monday 6th June, the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) Awards Evening takes place where pupils will receive recognition for their success in the ECDL examinations, of which BMS is one of the nationwide accredited ECDL centres. Well done to everyone involved.
On Wednesday, a Year 7 Mediaeval Day takes place in the School grounds whilst Year 5 pupils will enjoy taking part in a very "hands-on" Djembe Drum workshop. Later that afternoon, a Junior School Tea-Time Concert takes place at 4.30m in our Music School and then a Parents' Evening for new Junior School parents will be held in the evening.
On Thursday 9th June, Year 4 pupils take part in a Viking Day as part of their humanities curriculum, hosted by History Off The Page.
Finally, if you haven't already done so, there's still time to book a place on one of our fun and exciting Holiday Activity Courses that run for five weeks during the summer holidays.
