Vision

To be the co-educational day school of choice in the East of England, with a national reputation for our exemplary standards.

Mission

We will achieve our Vision by:

Building on 250 years of providing the highest quality education.   Teaching methods and approaches to pastoral care have changed substantially, but our cornerstones of respect, tolerance, humility and confidence remain unaltered.  We will nurture intellectual development to maximise the potential of every student within a creative and harmonious learning environment.

Ensuring we are at the forefront of enlightened and progressive educational developments. We will identify the excellent and desirable without sacrificing the ethos of our School, where academic achievement runs alongside first class performing arts, sport and the development of life skills.

Being accessible to and engaging with the wider community – locally, nationally and internationally. We will develop an extensive programme of mutually beneficial partnerships with organisations and members of the wider community. We will be accessible through our Bursary system to assist with school fees whilst ensuring the effective management of our resources.
